  • This is a 4 week, self-paced, online course.
  • Will I receive personal medical advice from Dr. Li?
  • This course is an educational tool, but it does not replace the need for a healthcare provider to offer more personalized medical advice. Dr. Li aims to empower you with the education and daily living choices to support you in accomplishing your health goals.
  • How long will I have access to the materials?
  •   You have unlimited access to the entire course, videos, and the workbook. (Even after the 4 weeks end!) Please note: Upon completing the course, you will no longer have direct access to Dr. William Li during office hours.
  • I can't make Office Hours. What should I do?
  • Don't worry - even though we host live office hours each week, each session will be recorded and added to the course within 24 hours, so you can listen again to any questions you may have missed.
  • I've already read Dr. Li's Eat to Beat Disease book - how is this different?
  • The book is a great starting point to establish your knowledge. However, this course is not an extension of the book; it is a detailed resource that was developed off of the research for the book. It also offers a way to connect with Dr. Li directly - every week - through live office hours, and question and answer resources. 
  • I haven't read Dr. Li's Eat to Beat Disease book - is that required?
  •  Although the book is NOT necessary for this course, we do strongly recommend it as an additional resource. You can purchase it here.
  • Can I access all of the material right away?
  •  No—you will gain access to a certain number of videos each week. You will NOT be able to go ahead and will only have access to that week's videos and the previous week's videos.
  • Does the content expire each week?
  • No - you can watch the weekly videos at your convenience. However, we highly suggest that you try to watch them in time for office hours so that you can follow along and maximize results. 
  • Anything else I should know?
  • You will have access to a workbook that includes notes, questions, summaries, tables, and references. This is yours to keep! You can follow along digitally or download and print it.
